Finance Information
The total cost of the adult exchange program to Uganda, Africa is $2,500. TEA Foundation books all flights to Uganda, and we arrange all airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, exit taxes, trip insurance etc., which are included in the base cost. We make the process very easy! The only additional funds needed will be for souvenirs, meals, passports, immunizations, passports and your Visa.
Deposits
An application and $250 deposit are due to secure your spot. All payments can be made directly to TEA Foundation.
Statements will be sent prior to each due date:
Deposit: $250 deposit due today (non-refundable)
May 27: $1,125 due
June 27: $1,125 due

International & Immunization Information
You must have a passport and secure your Visa online for travel to Uganda. The fee for your passport is roughly $180, the fee for your visa is $50, which is not included in the trip cost. Yellow Fever immunizations are also required for travel to Uganda. Immunizations recommended for travel to Uganda include up-to-date routine vaccinations, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Typhoid, and Tetanus. You must be 16 years or older to travel alone.
